We are happy to reopen our parks with new health, safety and hygiene procedures in place. Let’s enjoy our parks together again following all necessary guidelines of health officials and park’s policies.
Therefore we ask that all guests and Team Members to comply with the following:
  • The use of protective face mask is mandatory in all indoor park areas.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds
  • Social distancing & Floor markings. Practice social distancing and keep at least 1,5 meters between your companions and others. In queue lines, please stand on the floor markings until the group in front of you moves forward.
  • Use hand sanitizer when require.
  • Follow Team Member directions.

Please note that health officials advise that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

1. What new operational procedures are in place for Allou! Fun Park?
We are implementing specific procedures and practices that are in line with official guidelines for the safety and health of our team members and guests. These new procedures will cover three areas - screening, spacing and sanitization – and key measures include:
  • Team members are required to undergo temperature checks.
  • Limiting and reducing daily park attendance and attraction ridership in both Allou! and Kidom.
  • Increasing cleaning and disinfection of food locations, ride vehicles and other frequent “touch points” that go beyond our existing cleaning procedures.
  • Social distancing at all location.
  • Cashless payments.

2. Will I be required to wear a face mask?
Following official guidelines the use of protective face mask is mandatory in all closed park areas.

3. Are contactless payments available?
Yes, guests can utilize contactless forms of payment at all cashiers. We also strongly suggest visitors to prefer online purchases for their daily pass in order to avoid queues during their visit.

4. Will these new procedures be in place for park events?
More details about parks’ events will be shared at a later time.
