TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “KIDOM – DINO DAYS” CONTEST
The anonymous company under the name FUNTASTIC LAND S.A., headquartered at 111 Petrou Ralli Street, Agios Ioannis Rentis, GR-18233, is organizing a contest to select one (1) winner who will receive three (3) Playmobil toys (hereinafter the “Prize”), under the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”), which will be posted and continuously updated throughout the duration of the contest on the website www.allou.gr (hereinafter the “Website”).
The purpose of these terms is to outline the conditions of participation in the Contest for all interested individuals, as well as the process of selecting the winner(s) within the context of the Contest.
B. The Prize
Three (3) Playmobil toys, which the winners must collect by June 30, 2025:

C. Contest Terms
1. The total duration of the Contest is defined as the period from Thursday, May 1, 2025, until Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM (hereinafter the “Duration”).
It is expressly stated that entries will no longer be accepted after the end of the Duration or any early termination of the Contest.
Eligible to participate are all permanent residents of Greece who are at least 16 years old (hereinafter the “Participants”). Employees of Funtastic Land S.A. and Playmobil, as well as their spouses and relatives up to the second degree, are excluded from participation.
2. To enter the Contest, Participants must follow the steps below on Kidom’s Instagram page (@kidomgr):

• Follow @kidomgr
• Mention two (2) friends in the comments
3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Participant who attempts to interfere unlawfully in the participation process, whose entry is not in compliance with these Terms, or who acts in bad faith, abusively, or in a way that goes against the spirit and purpose of the Contest.
4. Content posted by Participants on the Contest page must comply with current legislation and must not be inappropriate (e.g. obscene, immoral, pornographic, offensive, defamatory, threatening, inciting racial hatred, blasphemous, etc.) or violate the rights of third parties. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the publication of any content deemed inappropriate. Specifically, the Participant declares and guarantees that any material they upload is exclusively their own and that they have full rights to use, exploit, and distribute it. They also declare that the material does not infringe on any intellectual property or other rights of third parties, or that they have lawfully obtained such rights.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend or revoke the Contest, alter its dates, or change any of its terms, with notice provided via www.allou.gr. The Organizer assumes no liability for such changes. The Organizer may also terminate the Contest without prior notice for just cause, public interest, or due to force majeure.
6. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Contest and associated wireless content services may be affected or interrupted by the performance of internet service providers. Data transmission, response times, and internet access may vary or be disrupted due to technical limitations beyond the Organizer’s control.
7. The Organizer bears no liability for any delays, failures, or inaccessibility of the Contest caused by circumstances beyond its control (indicatively but not limited to: force majeure, technical problems, network congestion, internet connection failures, incorrectly completed forms), or due to any third-party service provider.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time in cases of force majeure, including commercial, operational, or public interest reasons, or by decision of a regulatory or telecommunication authority, with prior notice to participants via its website, where possible.
9. Participant data will be collected by the Organizer, who will act as the data controller solely for the purpose of conducting this Contest. Every Participant has the right to access their personal data.
10. The winner will be notified via direct message (DM), and their name will be published in a comment under the contest post on Kidom’s Instagram (@kidomgr). By entering the Contest, each Participant explicitly consents to the public posting of their name, without any compensation. The winner may collect their prize from the reception desk at Allou! Fun Park by presenting valid identification, until June 30, 2025.
11. The Organizer will maintain a database with the Participants’ personal data exclusively for the purposes of this Contest, in accordance with Law 4624/2019.
Each Participant may request in writing (including via email) the deletion of their personal data from the above-mentioned database.
Participation in the Contest constitutes free and clear consent to the processing of personal data (i.e. full name) and to the maintenance of the relevant record for the above purposes.
12. Participation in the Contest entails full and unconditional acceptance of all the above Terms, even if amended in the future, as described herein.
These Terms are governed by Greek law, and any disputes related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.
